Annual Revenue ≥ AED 50M

Must appoint an ASP by 31 July 2026 and fully implement e-invoicing by 1 January 2027.

Annual Revenue < AED 50M

Must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and implement the system by 1 July 2027.

Government Entities

Must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and implement the system by 1 October 2027.

Phase 1Large Businesses (≥ AED 50M)

Large businesses must appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) and fully implement the e-invoicing system.

Phase 2Medium & Small Businesses (< AED 50M)

Medium and small businesses must appoint an ASP and implement the e-invoicing system.

ASP Appointment by 31 March 2027 | Implementation by 1 July 2027
Phase 3Government Entities

All government entities must appoint an ASP and implement e-invoicing.
